Yes you can. If you’d like to cancel a one-off investment or pending payment under an investment plan, it is best to give us a call as soon as possible on 1300 049 532 and our Customer Success team can help you out.
Please note, we may not be able to cancel your transaction if it is past 5:00pm (Sydney time) on the same business day you made the transaction.
You can cancel any scheduled investments set up via your investment plan in app. Go to the ‘My Profile’ tab within the app and click on ‘Investment plan’ > ‘Stop plan’.
