We generally calculate distributions annually on June 30 each year, and pay distributions within 90 days of that date. However, we may change the timing of distributions, or whether one will be paid for a particular year, at our discretion.

Distributions are not pro-rated for investors who were not unit holders for the whole period. This means you could receive some of your investment back immediately as income where you to invest before a distribution.
