A distribution is your share of the fund’s income, such as dividends, interest and capital gains. You are allocated a share of this income based on the number of units in the fund you hold.

As the funds are structured as a unit trust, the income retains its character and as such is taxed as if you hold assets in the fund directly.

Distributions are paid annually within 90 days of the financial year ending on 30 June.
